The government has started building a Sh300 million stadium in Kirinyaga County following a presidential directive.
A spot check by the Nation on Monday established that Veevee Enterprises which won the tender has started work on Wang’uru Stadium whose condition had deteriorated to worrying levels.
The project involves the building of a standard pitch, race track, terraces, recreation facilities, perimeter wall, dressing rooms and ablution blocks among other amenities….
