The trial of Kilifi Deputy Governor Gideon Saburi, who has been accused of willfully exposing himself to members of the public while suffering from Covid-19, failed to proceed for hearing today.
The case file had been called out and the court was informed by the prosecution and defence lawyers that they were ready to proceed.
