The Kenyan government has started marketing the Lamu Port-South Sudan-Ethiopia-Transport (LAPPSET) project as a platform to enhance regional and economic integration. Foreign Affairs Permanent Secretary Macharia Kamau says that marketing efforts will help the project achieve its objectives.
