The Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning, through a tweet sent out on Tuesday, 14th May 2019, announced the extension of the Naivasha Land Clinic by two weeks to end on Friday, 24th May 2019. The clinic had initially been scheduled to end on Monday, 13th May 2019.
The Land Clinic is part of the Ministry’s Wizara Mashinani Programme and is aimed at resolution of long running land disputes to allow for upscaling of the titling programme in the Sub-County.
The exercise was targeting Lakeview, Viwandani, Hell’s Gate, Maai Mahiu, Maiella, Biashara, Naivasha East and Ol-Karia wards
The Ministry of Lands targets to issue 100,000 title deeds in Nakuru county in the current financial year.
