Land buying companies, self-help groups and societies which purchased land in Nakuru County are notified that the Nakuru County Government in collaboration with the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning is conducting a rapid response initiative to fast track the issuance of leases and title deeds for untitled areas in Nakuru County.
Last chance to verify property ownership documents will be 12th to 23rd November 2018.
For verification, documents are to be presented at Nakuru Ardhi House and Naivasha Ardhi House. For assistance in subdivision, documents are to be submitted at Regional Surveyor at the Regional Commissioner’s building in Nakuru, Block D, 1st Floor. For disputes, a brief summary stating the nature of dispute to be submitted at Nakuru Ardhi House and Naivasha Ardhi House for alternative dispute resolution.
