The advent of the mobile phone and social media was not good news for Postal Corporation of Kenya.
These advances in technology quickly encroached on Posta’s territory, deeply eating into its ke sources of revenue and pushing the corporation into financial woes.
This has forced Posta to seek innovative ways to reinvent itself. One of these was the launch of M-Post, a mobile-linked mail service.
However, this move to embrace technology is yet to pay dividends…
