Erdemann Property Limited, one of the leading housing property Company has urged its clients to be patient as it finalises the registration of land title deeds.
Through its Sales and Marketing Manager Michael Olanya, Erdemann while responding to complaints of delay of registration of title deeds said there has been problems at the Ministry of Lands with the digital registration.
Speaking to journalists at the Finance House in Nairobi, Olanya told the homeowners that the management is concerned with the challenges surrounding the lease agreement agreements of Great-Wall gardens estates in Athi River and they are working on it.
“Already fifty land title deeds have been registered and the rests will be complete in about three months,” said Olanya.
According to him, there have been problems with the digital registration at the ministry of land that caused the delay and cancellation of title deeds.
He added that the titles that had already been registered had to undergo through the new process to meet the new digital technology requirements.
“We have gone through the processes that are required and soon we shall complete,” Olanya added.
The company’s properties manager Victor Odera urged the homeowners to be patient because they are working hard to solve the lease agreement challenges.
The company is spearheading President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Big four agenda which includes providing Kenyans with affordable housing.
