The Board of Kenya Power and Lighting Company PLC (Kenya Power) has appointed Eng. Abdulrazaq Ali, Eng. Elizabeth A. Rogo, Caroline Kittony-Waiyaki, Vivienne A. Yeda and Sachen Gudka as Non-Executive Directors of the Company.
These independent directors replace Adhil Khawaja, Kairo Thuo, Wilson Kimutai Mungung’ei Brenda Kokoi and Zipporah Kering, who resigned from the firm’s board less than a week ago.
