For the second consecutive month, Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) surpassed its revenue collection target, managing Sh142 billion against a target of Sh138 billion. This was a 6.7 per cent growth over the same period last year.
The performance rate was 102.6 per cent, and surpassed their target for the first month of the year by Sh3.53 billion.
