    • Hi Florence,

I believe if you are not in the country it would be advisable to hand over this task to a trustworthy lawyer to follow up on your behalf.

  2. How about longonot settlement scheme because I’m interested with land no 413/20 longonot which had been in court for almost 18 years, please help.

    • Hi Daniel,

The Ministry of Lands extended the Land Clinic by two weeks to end on Friday, 24th May 2019. If the settlement scheme is within the targeted wards (Lakeview, Viwandani, Hell’s Gate, Maai Mahiu, Maiella, Biashara, Naivasha East and Ol-Karia wards) the Ministry officers are best placed to offer further direction.
