All individuals and land-buying companies that purchased land in Ruiru Sub-county are notified that the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning in conjunction with the County Government of Kiambu is conducting a Special Land Clinic to fast track the issuance of leases, title deeds and resolution of land disputes. The Clinic is running from Monday, 19th August 2019 to Wednesday, 25th August 2019 from 10:00am to 04:00pm.
The following set of documents are required:
- Title deeds and certificates of lease
- Share certificate
- Clearance certificate
- Ballot papers
- Payment receipts
- Registry Index Maps (RIMs)
- National Identity Cards (ID)
- Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Company Incorporation Certificate
- Members Register from the land buying company
