The Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning is finalizing the process of issuing title deeds to Embakasi Ranching Company shareholders. In order to complete the process, Plot/Land owners who have not been assigned parcel numbers are requested to note the following:
- Visit the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning website from Wednesday 26th September, 2018 – www.lands.go.ke – to confirm their names appear in the Ministry’s titling register or
- Visit the office of the Deputy County Commissioner (Njiru Sub-county – Ruai) for verification of their documents and allocation of parcel numbers.
Any other issues by Land/Plot owners will continue to be received and reviewed at Embakasi Ranching Company offices and the Deputy County Commissioner’s office in Ruai.
Note:
- This exercise is strictly for plot/land owners without parcel numbers
- Presentation of fake or forged documents will lead to arrest and prosecution
