The Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning is set to have consultative forums in Laikipia County under the Wizara Mashinani titling programme.
The meetings are set to take place on Wednesday, 19th December 2018, at Majengo Social Hall in Nanyuki from 11:00am.
All land buying companies which purchased land in Laikipia are notified that Laikipia County Government in partnership with the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning has embarked on a rapid response initiative to fast track titling for land owners in Laikipia County.
The following set of documents are required:
- Original and copy of allotment documents (letters, cards etc)
- Original mother title deed
- Copy of Company Incorporation Certificate
- Copy of KRA PIN Certificate
