The Public procurement watchdog has denied knowledge that the Kenya Medical Supplies Agency (Kemsa) directly procured Covid-19 items in which taxpayers stand to lose billions of shillings.
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) told Parliament on Tuesday it is yet to receive notification from the State agency on direct procurement as is required by law.
