The Lands Cabinet Secretary, Farida Karoney today presided over a title deed issuance ceremony in Bondo, Siaya County. The Lands CS issued over 3,000 title deeds to the residents of Usenge, Bondo at the ceremony under the Lands Ministry’s Wizara Mashinani Programme.
