Automation processes at AAR Insurance has witnessed a 40 percent upsurge in new business where customers access treatment and buy drugs via the portal.
Chief operations officer Mercy Ndegwa said most users were drawn from the 25-45 bracket where men accounted for 52 percent while women took the rest.
